Do you take commissions?
- Yes! Please check the Contact page for more details on how to contact me and what information is required for me to generate a quote.
Are prices per miniature or per unit?
- All prices in the price guide are per single miniature.
What currency is your price guide in?
- All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars.
What currencies and payments do you accept?
- For local commissions, I accept cash or direct deposit in Australian Dollars. For international commissions, I accept PayPal, in either Australian Dollars or US Dollars.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, though please keep in mind shipping prices and potential customs fees. Shipping to and from Australia tends to be expensive.
Do you include postage fees in the quote?
- Postage is calculated separately from the commission quote. You are responsible for all postage fees.
Do you include customs fees in the quote?
- No. You are responsible for whatever customs fees your particular country may charge upon arrival at its destination.
Who do you post with?
- I use Australia Post for all local and international shipping. Its Price Calculator is what I use to determine postage prices, including options such as signature on delivery and insurance.
Is there a minimum commission cost?
- Yes. For local commissions, the minimum is $50 AUD. For international commissions, the minimum is $100 AUD.
Do you take single miniature commissions?
- Absolutely! Single centrepiece miniatures are my preferred commission type!
Do you take squad or small group commissions?
- Yes, depending on the size of the squad and the number/size of minis. I currently won't accept any more than ten miniatures at a time.
Do you take army commissions?
- Not at the moment, unfortunately! There is only one of me and I've found army commissions take me too long.
How do you package miniatures for postage?
- I do my best to ensure all miniatures I post are well protected! Individual miniatures are generally bubble-wrapped, placed into plastic containers to help prevent any accidental crush damage, and then those containers are also bubble-wrapped and placed into either a postage parcel bag or cardboard box, depending on the size of the commission in question.
Will you do a tutorial on how you painted my miniatures?
- I can list the paint colours and general techniques used on request! I also do a lot of my miniature painting on Twitch, and export the videos to my Youtube channel, so if you're interested in seeing how your miniatures were painted, check there!
Do you have a commission queue?
- Yes! Since I am only a single person and life can be unpredictable, however, I cannot give accurate estimates of how long the queue will be. Please keep this in mind, and if you need a commission done by a specific date, let me know and I will do my best to accomodate. There may be an additional fee for jobs on a tight deadline or that need to jump the queue.
